Q: Is your product certification complete?

A: We have CE/FCC/ROHS/MSDS certificates for regular products, and we can apply for corresponding certificates for custom products according to customers' requirements.

Q: Could you ship the battery safely?

A: Of course, we have some well-cooperated forwarders who have much experience in delivering the battery. It could be shipped by door-to-door express, by air, or by the ocean to the airport and port. Also, the customers can use their own forwarders.

Q: How about the lead time?

A: Usually, we haven't stable stock in the warehouse. for samples is around 20 ~ 25 working days, for mass production is around 15 ~ 20 working days.

Q: Can I have a sample order?
